The Space: Centrally located amidst bustling Downtown Charleston, our newly renovated and designed home is certain to exceed your expectations during your stay. Our home has a midcentury modern design and is as luxurious as it is comfortable. Throughout the property, you will find hardwood floors, elegant décor, stylish furniture, brand new appliances, as well as plenty of space and privacy. Our spacious first-floor Suite B is ideal for groups of up to 4 guests featuring an open kitchen/living room area, 2 bedrooms, 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and 2 bathrooms (2BR/2BA total).
Suite B can be accessed by its entrance/exit on Ashley Ave, where guests will step into a small foyer that leads into our fully equipped kitchen. Our kitchen features brand new appliances such as a blender, coffee maker with locally roasted coffee provided by Stay Duvet, microwave, gas range, and a large granite kitchen island with seating for up to 4 guests and two hanging lamps for additional lighting. The living room area features a medium-sized sofa that can seat up to 3 guests, a large coffee table, 1 club chair, 2 side tables with lamps, and a large mounted flat-screen TV atop the fireplace (decoration only for safety purposes) and is open to the kitchen. As guests head down the hallway they will find our first bedroom to the right of our first bathroom featuring a full-sized bed, two side tables with lamps, a closet, a mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our second bedroom features a King-sized bed, two side tables with lamps, a small desk with a chair, a brick fireplace, a large closet, a mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower. This bathroom may also be accessed through the hallway. You are able to park up to 2 cars to the right of Unit B in the driveway.

We partner with an off site resort called The Wonderer which is located in Downtown Charleston, a short drive away. Any guests staying in our home who are 25+ are able to visit The Wonderer!
*There is a strict age policy, no one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the campus due to the presence of alcohol (including the pool). Special permission needs to be given by The Wonderer for anyone between the ages of 21 - 25.*
