Positive: The location is fantastic, close to everything, with great shops and cafes nearby. The room was nicely appointed and while tight and small, it was functional.

Negative: The 1BR is not a bedroom; it is an alcove with a curtain. The building, albeit newer, was not built with noise in mind; you can hear the people above you (they provide a noise-sound machine and earplugs, but it is annoying if you are not on the top floor). If noise is an issue, be sure to secure a top-floor unit. The neighborhood itself is under major construction, so expect noise, dirt, and dust on your walks to/from.
