As soon as you drive through the stone pillars and up the knoll, you'll know you've chosen a special place to spend your vacation. The cottage is just 10 years old and offers a bright and open living space with large window looking out to the lake. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds and a full bath. All of the living space is on the second floor, above the large garage and laundry room. The owner had a long term renter until recently and is in the process of furnishing the living area. Photos will be added as this progresses during Spring, 2022. Bed sizes listed are accurate. Back outside, you'll find a beautiful open lot with plenty of room for setting up an easel or relaxing with a book. In the evenings, have dinner in the screened gazebo while taking in the crisp, fresh air. Later, gather around the fire pit for evening s'mores and reconnecting. You will be given a parking pass for the Town beach on Lake Winnipesaukee at Long Island - just half a mile away, where you take a swim on a hot summer day or bring a blanket for an afternoon on the sand.
