Summary: This apartment is near Wooster Square and Sally's Pizza. If you are on Yale business, you can walk to campus in around 15-20 minutes or take an Lyft in about 5. You can walk here from the State St. Train station in about 10 minutes. The apartment is a Railroad design. Older building with creaky floors. You can hear the door slam when other tenants enter as well as the tenants above. This was fine for me but for those sensitive to sound, this may be a factor. Key is conveniently left in a lock-box inside the entry way (i.e. you don't have to fumble with the lockbox on the street). Neighborhood gives the impression of being safe. The apartment has a small living room with a couch and a kitchen with utensils, fridge, oven. There are a few barstools and a counter to sit at for eating. Bathroom is clean. Bed is ok. There are a few TV's and some video games. It was perfect for me, staying over a weekend.
