Summary: I arrived at 9pm I called to say I was going to arrive at 9pm. I reserved a 2 bed room. Also I had reserved the “pay at the property” option. When I arrived, the hotel was overbooked. They did not have a 2 bed available. And I had already been charged for the room, before I even showed up. I paid a 2 bed rate and that’s not what I got. The poor front desk clerk was asking her manager Paula for help, and Paula was not helpful. She was asked to clock out and go clean my room. Because the cleaning service had not done so that morning. Props to the front desks girls at that property. They deserve a raise.
