Positive: The pool was a nice size. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Plenty of sleeping space. Loved having the bikes included. Plenty of outdoor seating. Not too far from the beach. Nice restaurants within walking distance. Nice patio off kitchen level to eat outside. Plenty of seating indoors at the two dining room tables. Nice big island in the kitchen.
Negative: The last time we stayed there was a refrigerator on the pool level. We did miss that. Was not a fan of the door that went out to the front on bottom level bunk room. There were a few maintenance issues but they did not affect our stay. We made a list for them and hopefully they can fix those. Could have probably had someone clean the pool midweek. An extra bathroom on the lower level would be nice so you don't have to use the personal bathroom on the lower level.
Summary: Great house for a large group with amazing outdoor facilities.
