Summary: The cottage is a great base for exploring Wiltshire - with loads to go and see - including really good pubs within a few miles. We loved the decor (like visiting your posh Granny - my partner said) - all mod cons etc. But the underfloor heating was not effective, in fact we had no idea if it was working as the heating cupboard was locked. Luckily the coal effect gas fire kept us cosy. The cottage caretaker was geat - Izzy. She kept in touch by text and saved us very quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out!
