Here, cooking is made a breeze amongst stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and a breakfast bar. You'll find a Keurig machine and plenty of pots, pans, and baking dishes for all cooking and baking adventures. When you aren't utilizing the dining table inside, dine alfresco in the enclosed backyard.
With four bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that everyone's satisfaction is guaranteed. Each of the rooms has been adorned with high-quality linens, ample storage space, and central air-conditioning, plus two of the rooms have smart TVs. There is a crib/bassinet for those traveling with little ones, and one of the rooms even has a work desk - ideal for remote work projects! When you aren't hanging out in your own private space, head for the family room, complete with a game table, foosball table, and plush seating. Additional interior perks include a soaking tub, a separate laundry room, and child gates for the stairs.

County code prohibits renting to more than two people not related to the owner or principal occupant. So a family of five is fine (they are all related to the principal occupant, who would have signed the rental agreement) but five unrelated individuals, even if they are part of a club or other group, is not. If you rent to one family, they can use the entire house – the principal occupant then becomes whoever signed the rental agreement.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
