Welcome to Santa Fe, Evans Head. This free standing, two storey townhouse is offered for your holiday. There is a welcoming feel to the property which features established gardens in a private setting. This light and airy residence is centrally located with only a short walk to shops, clubs, sporting fields, the aquatic centre, beach and the river estuary. The spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area is located downstairs with the master bedroom. The large two-way ensuite with shower and toilet service the lower floor.
Upstairs comprises two bedrooms (one queen and one double bed), a large bathroom (shower, bath and toilet) and a second lounge area with access to the front balcony. There is space for everyone with a TV in each lounge.
The double lock up garage has a second fridge/freezer, storage shelves and internal access to the house. Extra parking is gated adjacent to the garage. A shaded entertainment area is set next to a garden and contains an outdoor dining setting and an electric grill plate BBQ.

Evans Head is well known for our relaxed lifestyle with long unspoiled beaches, an abundance of fishing spots as well as deep sea fishing on its doorstep, a river estuary that provides a safe spot for children to swim and beaches for everyone and not forgetting the legendary surf break!
Evans Head has fantastic public BBQ areas, gazebos and sheltered areas scattered across our beautiful town. There is a cycle track stretching from Airforce Beach to Shark Bay, walking track up to lookout, 4WD beach access to Airforce Beach, 25m undercover heated pool, gym, restaurants, cafes, Bowling Club, Pub, RSL, Clothes shops, Surf shops, Chemist, Butchers, Bakers, Supermarkets and more.
