This beautiful, modern two story home is located at the end of the cul-de-sac and is set up beautifully to take in the incredible views of Lake Norman - every room on the main floor is full of lakeside windows!
The amenities of this home are incredible! Enjoy the oversized, lakeside fire pit (we provide firewood!), 2 Paddleboards which you can easily launch via the walk-in ramp to the lake.....and a lakeside deck (partially covered) that extends the entire length of the house with multiple seating options to enjoy your time away & relaxation & a propane based grill!
Rainy day or just looking for some indoor downtime - enjoy one of our 7 SMART TVs, pool table or play a game or complete a puzzle at our game table next to the pool table on the upper level.
This house is all about entertaining - great open concept with living rooms on both the main and upper level - and oversized island perfect for cooking & gathering & a second bar/mini-kitchen on the upper level.
This beautiful home provides flexible sleeping options as we have 3 bedrooms on the main level and 2 more on the upper level with the 2 primaries on the main floor both having a full en-suite bathroom.
