This lakefront home sits on a quiet cove of Damariscotta Lake, a wonderful spot for anglers to find landlocked salmon, brown trout, lake trout, and smallmouth bass. It's an incredibly peaceful setting, yet you'll also be a short drive from the conveniences of Waldoboro (five miles), Damariscotta (seven miles), and Route 1. If you're looking to get out and explore, head to Damariscotta Lake State Park, Rockland, or Boothbay Harbor - all of which are within 22 miles.
Begin each day with coffee on the screened porch and a good book or a morning newspaper in an Adirondack chair on the deck. The morning ahead promises swimming, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking from the dock, with a gas grill awaiting your return at lunchtime.
