Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request and a full guest bathroom. Large wrap-around lanai that has a kitchen area for serving and seating for 6. Also relax on lanai lounger to soak up the sun, read a book or enjoy the sunset and watch your family at the pool. Free reserved parking, elevator or stairs to top floor, beach gear for guest to use. Great workspace for a working vacation and printer for guest use. FREE WIFI AND PARKING.
Vista Waikoloa is a gated community that has a 75-foot heated saltwater lap pool, 2 jacuzzi/spas, recreation center, BBQ pavilion area, fitness center, and a business center. This well-maintained gated community has views of ocean, mountain and golf course. And just walking distance to Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay), Hilton Waikoloa and the Marriott.
