Villa Vecci is a completely renovated farmhouse, located just 2 km from Dicomano, in the Tuscan countryside.
The property features a private garden with lawn, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, and a dining table, ideal for alfresco meals.
At a lower level of the garden you will find a beautiful panoramic pool (9 x 4 m, open from 15 June to the end of August at the following times: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm), from which you can admire a breathtaking panorama of Dicomano and the surrounding valley.
The pool is equipped with: sunbeds, parasols, outdoor shower, hammock, tables and seats.
At guests' disposal also an uncovered private parking.
The owner of the villa lives in a house near the property however the outdoor spaces are well separated and privacy is guaranteed.
Internal Description
Villa Vecci consists of 2 separate apartments, each with its own private entrance. The entire property can accommodate up to 12 people, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. Pets are not allowed.
Each apartment is made up of: a living area with kitchen, double sofa bed, armchair, dining table and fireplace; two double bedrooms; a bathroom with shower. The sofa be can easily be pulled out to a double bed of 140 meters wide. The special thing about this sofa bed is that you do not sleep on the cushions of the sofa, but on the very thick mattress that has been incorporated into it.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, stove, fridge, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (200.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
