Large room and master bedroom overlooking the South Hills Country Club/golf course view. Complete private and secluded backyard with pool and enjoy the golf course view. Next to million dollars homes. walking distance to South Hills country club/ golf course and South Hills schools. IT IS TRULY SPECIAL.
It's also close to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, & Raging Waters & Hollywood and the beach (about a 30 to 45 minutes drive).
The place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Please clean all used dishes, cups, cookware, dinnerware, appliances, coffee maker, etc. and put back the original place as you found it; otherwise, extra cleaning fee may apply.
Please bag your trash and tie securely then placing in Black plastic bin which is located in the garage of the premises; otherwise, extra cleaning fee may apply.
Please place the furniture as you found it; otherwise, $40 extra labor charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
Please turn off all lights, air-condition, and appliances before leaving the premises.
Please close and lock all windows, doors, and garage door before leaving the premises.
The security deposit will be deducted for any damages or missing items.
If there is deep cleaning service needed because of guests, a $99 charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
