Villa Susanne is a newly built house for 6 persons (+ baby) with a private pool and large pool house, located just outside the village of Cazals in the Lot. The villa stands on its own grounds and has all you need for a perfect holiday. Susanne has 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with a view over the hills.

1st floor
Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a door to the terrace so you can start the day with a delicious cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful view (you can even keep an eye on your children from the balcony). This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Cot available. Separate bathroom with bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Outside
The pool with terrace is situated in the front of the house, offers beautiful views and is South West oriented. The private pool is 10x5m with a shallow area with staircase. There is a large pool house to cool off or to relax in the shade. The pool house is equipped with electric lights, so you can eat outside on warm evenings. Beside the pool is a large lawn that can be used as a playing field (there is a jeu de boule area). Carport at the rear of the house, leaving your car in the shade. Very safe for children as the garden is fenced.
Surroundings
Cazals has two bakeries, a butcher and a small supermarket. There are cafés and restaurants and the food is very good and not expensive! There is a market every Sunday with fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, wine, etc. In the immediate vicinity are numerous lively markets and especially in the summer months there are also local farmers' markets scattered. The area has many wonderful places to have lunch or dinner and taste wines. On the outskirts of the village you can play tennis and there is a lake where you can rent paddle boats.
Activities
There are nice beaches at the river Dordogne (at 25km) and Lot (also 25km). Walking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, swimming. All within an hour distance.
