Positive: we have just returned from Villa Patri and had a fabulous week. We were a family of 6 adults and 3 children and the Villa was perfect for us and cot provided for the baby. There is a supermarket just over the road which opens every day and the lovely beach is within easy walking distance. The Villa is well equipped and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with an on-suite and a second bathroom to share. on the ground floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. I would definitely recommend this villa for family's
Negative: it was very hot so a ceiling fan in the downstairs kitchen area would have been useful. just for safety - plastic cups would be better around the pool area
