Immersed in a large typical Mediterranean garden, it offers the peace and tranquility of one of the most enchanting places in southern Sardinia. The shore of Cala Caterina beach is 100 meters from the property. The garden surrounding the street offers shelter and shade so you can enjoy the silence and the sound of the sea from the patio or lie comfortably in a large hammock. The villa, internally, is composed of a large room with a typical Sardinian fireplace, an 8-seater dining table, two large corner sofas create a relaxation area with TV, DVD and STEREO player, books and movies available.
