Positive: Host is very helpful. He replies immediately and tries to solve the problems that his agent creates.

Negative: It appears that the host is represented by an agent who encouraged additional charges for various amenities. We had paid the full price as listed on Booking.com, and there was no mention that the use of the electric vehicle charging station would incur an extra fee, nor that it would be restricted to daytime use. This was quite inconvenient, especially considering that tourists are typically out exploring during the day and not charging their car! Moreover, we have never encountered such problems before with any other hosts. We had always used such services free of charge. Furthermore, it is also difficult to access the parking area, as the drive in wasn't yet ready. Unfortunately, this led to damage to one of our car’s tyres and the rim, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, we were informed during our stay that advance notice was required to use the indoor jacuzzi, as the host needed to make certain adjustments beforehand. This was not indicated in the listing and would have been useful to know in advance.
