Villa Miramar is set in a very picturesque urbanization near by Altea and the sea. The villa has e very delightful tended green garden with palms and pool aerea. From the house you have a fantastic sea view to the coast from Altea, Altea Hills and de I-Fach from Calpe.
There is an outdoor swimming pool (in summer approx. 26 degrees ) in its own walled area. The house is well equipped and beautifully furnished, having been our family home. The accommodation modern lounge style kitchen/breakfast room with Pool view; spacious but cosy beamed dining room with table seating 8-10; tranquil sitting room with open fire, TV with parabol antenna; one bedroom near by the family room downstairs. Upstairs there are three large bedrooms with lovely views, over the gardens, the pool and the mediterranean sea, 2 with double beds, 1 with a bed diván, wich can be prepared for one or two persons. The main bedroom has a walk-in dressing room, is directly connected en suite with the principal bathroom with whirlpool and two further bedrooms have shower and washbasins .
Children are welcome - a good selection of books and toys are provided. Also we can make availble two baby-beds.
