VILLA FRANCESCA is situated on the summit of a hill that is part of a promontory between Palau and Santa Teresa di Gallura which is a piece of Italian paradise. The Villa faces the splendid sea of Sardinia an amazing windsurfing destination. The property is immersed in greenery interrupted only by granite rocks and little villages and farms. The sea is visible from several areas of the villa, and particularly enchanting is the breath-taking view of La Maddalena Island offered from a special part of the garden and from the pool and lounge area: you will have to see to believe.
Surrounded by acres of land, the villa is located in a safe and guarded environment in a private estate where other villas are located and it offers large external terraced areas, including the patio above the swimming pool overlooking the woods, the rocks and the sea. Alfresco dining, especially with freshly grilled items from the stone barbeque, is a pure delight in this vibrant natural setting. When it’s time to cool off, you can jump from the springboard into the fresh waters of the swimming pool with an amazing cliff side view. Indoors, you will find other amenities including satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace for the rare and coolest nights and Internet access.
The indoor living area overlooking the pool and the outside living area has big French windows leading to the garden offering gentle light to the interiors and the feeling of being living in the nature at all time.
