The living rooms (entrance, kitchen, dining room, living room, small living room) all communicate with each other to form a large area of around 100 square meters, offering beautiful volumes, high ceilings and very nice views of the garden and the swimming pool, on the ground floor with the terraces.

The garden, the paths, the entrance porch, the terraces and the pool house have lighting, which allows you to enjoy the outdoors all evening. It is possible to play pétanque on the gravelled path which gives access to the house. You can park up to 5 cars on the property. The property is completely enclosed by an average 2m high wall.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, set back from the road and without nuisance related to road traffic. Shops and services are in the immediate vicinity.
The village is located on the plateau of the Gardon gorges, this magnificent site is accessible on foot from the house and offers swimming opportunities in the river as well as many hikes. The location of the house is ideal for exploring all of Provence. Nîmes and its exceptional cultural heritage are less than 10 minutes by car. The world famous city of Uzès and Pont du Gard are about 15 minutes from the house. Continuing a little further north of Uzès, you can hike in the Cévennes. If you prefer the sea, you have the choice between going to the magnificent beaches of Grau du Roi or Grande Motte (allow about 45 minutes). You can also take advantage of the proximity of the Camargue and its wild nature and the Baux de Provence.
Located a few kilometers from the “Nîmes Est” motorway access, the house also makes it possible to quickly reach major cities such as Montpellier, Avignon, Orange, Arles and even Marseille, which each have a very rich cultural heritage. .
