A short block and a half walk (8 houses) along a seashell road to private deeded beach access. In close proximity to historic Jungle Trail, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge, Vero Beach shopping and dining district and Disney’s Vero Beach Resort. The area offers excellent surfing, kayaking, and fishing all around.
Fully remodeled, 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage with wood floors throughout and pecky cypress walls and ceilings. Outdoor living areas include 2 covered porches and a large open back deck. Large master bedroom with private bathroom, walk in closet, and a king size bed. Second bedroom features a queen size bed and private bathroom. There are two full size sofa beds located in the living room and family room. The dining room features a large, custom built-in banquette that seats up to 10 people. The new open floor plan kitchen overlooks the Family room, which includes a seating area surrounding the fireplace. Living room hosts comfortable seating around a 50” wall mounted flat screen TV.
