Summary: The hotel was an excellent choice for our short stay in London as we prepared to continue our travels. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, which made the experience especially pleasant. The surrounding area was clean, well-kept, and felt very safe. The only minor note was that the lobby appeared to be undergoing some upgrades during our visit. Aside from that, everything was smooth and comfortable. We had a very positive experience overall and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
