The Space: Fun in Seattle awaits you in this super modern 1,333+ square feet brand new townhome. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 baths located just minutes to craft breweries, trendy eateries, indie shops, gorgeous Discovery Park and of course all the downtown attractions. You’ll love our place because of the comfy beds, tranquil urban ambiance, and convenience to everything Seattle has to offer. It's a short ride (via Uber/Lyft/Taxi or local bus) into downtown Seattle or a nice walk to Discovery Park from our lovely home. Our house is half a mile from Discovery Park, the largest city park in Seattle. Situated on Magnolia Bluff overlooking Puget Sound, the park offers spectacular views of both the Cascade and the Olympic mountain ranges. There are two miles of protected tidal beaches as well as trails, open meadowlands, dramatic sea cliffs, forest groves, active sand dunes, thickets and streams. Be sure to catch the West Point Lighthouse at sunset! A fully stocked kitchen with a new fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and so many other appliances opens up to the dining room and living rooms. All of our bedrooms have brand new mattresses and 1800-thread count linens to ensure you get a great nights rest. We also have high-end blow-up queen mattresses with plenty of extra linen and pillows upon request. Therefore the house can sleep 4 on beds and another 4 on air mattresses. The house is further polished with: -150mbps Wifi connectivity (That is super fast!) -Washer and dryer on-site -Fresh linens, towels, soaps & shampoos -Upstairs/downstairs A/C -Fully loaded kitchen with new, top-of-the-line appliances Bed set up: Master Bed room with King bed Bedroom 2 with Queen bed Two high quality queen sized mattresses .. and much more! The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) We have two security cameras on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail. Guest Access: You will be provided with a combination code to unlock the front door. Interaction with Guests: We're available 24/7, and have contractors on call 24/7 to handle any issues. The Neighborhood: Our beautiful property is located in a convenient and safe community. Please be respectful of this home and of the neighbors. This is a quiet community and as such we prefer that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, and hosting very large groups. Getting Around: Uber, Lyft, and Taxis are easily available 24/7 Other Things to Note: — We have many other gorgeous homes in many other awesome cities - just ask! IMPORTANT: please read and agree to all house rules. — Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
