Das Haus verfügt über 4 klimatisierte Schlafzimmer (3 davon mit Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten), ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Esszimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen separaten Raum im Hof mit Toilette, ebenfalls klimatisiert, der als private Mini-Disco (Beamer mit Display, Lichtshow, Rauchgerät) oder als Arbeitszimmer oder zusätzliches Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann.

Das Haus verfügt über Zugang zu zwei Privatstränden, von denen einer für Haustiere geeignet ist, die willkommen sind.
Im Hof gibt es ein kleines Schwimmbad mit Süßwasser und einem Durchmesser von 3 Metern. Am Strand gibt es ein natürliches Meeresbecken mit flachem, warmem Meer, abhängig von den Gezeiten, das als Kinderschwimmbereich dient. Für den Fall, dass jemand bei klarem Himmel im Meer schlafen möchte, kann eine 2x2 Meter große Luftmatratze hineingelegt werden.
Außerdem gibt es am Strand eine Terrasse, die mit einer Markise überdacht ist, sodass immer Schatten vorhanden ist. Schälschale aus Salz und aromatischen mediterranen Pflanzen. An zwei Stellen gibt es Außenduschen. Es gibt viele kleine authentische Strände, die nur wenige Minuten vom Schwimmen entfernt liegen. Rund um das Haus gibt es zwei Jungs mit einzigartiger Aussicht.
