Summary: Very beautiful hotel with very poorly trained staff. Our room was not ready when we arrived even though that was after 3 pm and the lady at the reception didn’t do much to expedite that, she just told us that it wasn’t ready and we need to wait. After us insisting that the room, according to the hotel policy should be ready by that time, they started to move and look for the available room. It was disappointed to see how badly this situation was handled. There was no apology for this either. The rest of the stay was decent. Room was nice and light with a balcony. Just that first impression was really bad.
