Negative: Some woman's hair over the kitchen Some worn-out and broken things in the new apartment (apparently got there from some other apartment Check-in issue - we got the wrong code, it took some additional time to get in which was critical with too sleeping kids in the evening. Instead of an apology, the next message we've got was "What time will you checkout? Cleaners will be at 10"
