Summary: Prior to arriving to check in, I got a phone call. The representative said she was from the front desk I had to ask which front desk. Instead of asking if we are still arriving she said she had already tried to charge the card. It was a little odd to me, she also wasn’t very welcoming. While the room was clean it was so noisy with upstairs neighbours were running and jumping around until 4am. We barely got any sleep in. Checking out the staff was lovely and welcoming. I will not be staying at this location again though
