Hike. Fish. Golf at Suncadia. This brand new home nestled in a private park like setting gives you access to all the activities Snoqualmie Pass has to offer. With plenty of on site parking, an automatic backup generator, and less than an hour drive from Seattle, this is the perfect getaway.
The space
This new home has all the amenities for your outdoor activities and a cozy interior to warm up in with your hot cocoa. The first floor includes a separate bedroom and full bath, and an entire room for your ski or bike equipment, with radiant floor heat, a boot/glove drying station, and custom racks to hang your skis, boards, poles and backpacks. The top 2 floors are handsomely furnished with 3 bedrooms and a very warm gas fireplace to gather around. There are 6 sets of snowshoes for your use.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, including the one car garage with radiant heat. Please be aware the garage may not fit large vehicles, particularly with ski cargo boxes. Make sure you check your clearance.
Other things to note
In the future this home will have blazing fast fiber optic cable directly to the property, hopefully spring 2023. In the meantime the wifi is a cell based system through Verizon and has worked very well. The conduit was placed but the snow hit before the fiber could be pulled. I have done zoom calls that were as clear as calls I have done in my Kirkland home. The TV streams great. There is YouTube streaming which provides most cable stations. There is also Amazon Prime Video and you are free to stream others. The wifi is on a metered basis so I ask that you to turn off your wifi when you are not using it.
