Negative: There is a significant dip at the entrance to the driveway that is not easy to see, especially at night. Unfortunately, we were unaware of this when we arrived after dark. Since there is no lighting in the community at night, we ended up scraping the front underside of our car quite badly. We asked if we could park along the roadside because we couldn’t safely drive into the driveway without risking further damage to the front bumper, but our request was not accommodated. We wish there had been a warning about the steep driveway beforehand so we would have chosen a different car for this trip. Overall, the home has the classic Sea Ranch aesthetic and is in a beautiful setting. However, some of the kitchen items felt quite worn. The plates and serving ware had many scratches - they appeared old and not as clean as they could have been. We also found that the dish soap and scrubber provided were not very effective, making it difficult to wash dishes thoroughly.
