The home has been completely renovated in 2023. It is a duplex with an upstairs and a downstairs unit. Each unit is very private with its own entrance and private lanai. This listing is for the upstairs unit which is beautifully furnished and overlooking the canal. If you would like to view the downstairs unit it is listing number 374171. You will enjoy seeing all sorts of wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, and tropical birds. It is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a large screened-in, private lanai. The bedroom has a queen size and a twin-size bed. There is a fold-out couch in the living room with a memory foam queen-size mattress if you have any visitors. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. A canoe is available for your use as well as a gas grill. The beach is 1 mile away which makes for a nice morning or sunset walk. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance of the home. If you are interested in fishing or renting a motorized boat there are places nearby that can fulfill all of your needs. There is a queen-sized bed and a twin in the bedroom and a queen-sized fold-out couch in the living room. You have several dining options - a breakfast bar for two or enjoy eating at a larger table for 6 inside or the outdoor lanai seating. The kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes you will need to make your stay comfortable. There is a smart TV for your enjoyment.
The yard is very large and sits next to a newly built mansion. There is a grill so you have plenty of room for a barbecue! There is a shared laundry room downstairs but everything else is private. Everyone that walks in says ''Agh, we would like to stay here''. I hope you will enjoy it too.
The duplex home is located 1 mile from the beach. Enjoy walking to the beach for breakfast at Docs or sunset cocktails. There are wave runner rentals and parasailing rentals there. On your walk or drive to the beach there are many restaurants, shops, and boat rentals for your enjoyment.
There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. Two of my favorites are the Fish House Restaurant for casual waterfront dining and C-Level for upscale fine dining. The Corner Spot is also great for unique, casual dining. If you like steaks the Prime Steakhouse is right around the corner. Master Bait and Tackle and Winds Beach Supply Store. are also within walking distance for all of your fishing and beach needs. There are so many things within walking distance I'm sure you'll enjoy going for many evening strolls. It is a great neighborhood and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
