Our enchanting 6 bedroomed house is situated next to the Creuse river and is in the centre region of France. It offers well equipped accomodation which sleeps 12 comfortably but can sleep 14 with use of the sofa bed in the office. Our house is an ideal holiday base for exploring central France or for just staying at home, with the river, the heated pool and plenty of walks all around. The airport of Limoges is just under an hour away with direct flights from the UK and most of Europe. It is 7 hours from Calais, 5 hours from Caen and St.Malo. Situated in a small hamlet, less than 15 minutes from junction 19, off autoroute A20 the site is a short drive from Argenton -sur-Creuse, Eguzon /Lac Chambon and the Brenne National Park.The accomodation comprises of a kitchen, laundry room, fridge/freezer room, store, open plan lounge/dining area, kitchen with gas cooker/hob and dishwasher. Master bedroom with Super King bed, ensuite bathroom, private balcony and river views. Garden bedroom, double bed, ensuite bathroom and private garden access, 2 further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Summary: Gorgeous property in an absolutely beautiful location. Perfect for a get away from it all holiday. The house has has everything you could think of, provided for you, so all you have to do is turn up, and relax. All the bedrooms are a great double (or larger) size, which meant we didn't have the usual arguments over who got the "best" rooms, all are excellent. Lovely dining area, which actually has enough seating for your large group to sit comfortably round the table. Swimming area is great, nice and secluded, but a glorious suntrap! The location is out of this world, set next to river, where we spent hours relaxing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Would definitely recommend for a calming, relaxing holiday. Sam was lovely in her communication, making sure all was ok, and arrived all right. Other than that, we didn't really have the need to contact her, as everything we needed was provided for in the property.
