The villa:
Our magnificent villa is the perfect choice for you who plan to enjoy a perfectly calm vacation on the sunny coast of Spain together with your loved ones. It's a very private space since the next neighbor is +50 meters away. This gives you the relaxed vibe of mindfulness
delight vacation vibes.
If we start from outside; You will find the gate where you can park up to 3 cars outside at the gravel road. When you walk inside, you will find orange threes on the right side, the 6 bedroom villa on the left side + the separate smaller house in front of you with 1 bedroom and a private kitchenette. The villa is divided on one floor with an over-deck suntan terrace where you find sun-beds and stunning views over the coast. At the terrace space, you will find everything from a just-finished gas and charcoal BBQ corner, pool table, ping pong game
private swimming pool. Easily said, everything needed to enjoy a vacation!
On our way inside you will find an outside dining table, perfect for lunch or alfresco dinners outside. The villa has one larger area to hang out on inside which contains a sofa with a TV and a direct entrance to the open kitchen. Floor heating through the whole house.
The house has 6 bedrooms with fully equipped ensuite bathrooms (Toilet
shower) 6 bedrooms in the main house, all with private bathroom of course
most of them do have a private entrance from the terrace area.
Outside the main home, you will find our second house connected to each other. It's a 1 bedroom suite with a double bed, TV room with sofa
kitchenette. Parking is available on the plot outside of the accommodation.
Our newly-produced property (2021), located on the mountain top of the Mijas area, is the perfect property for family and friends' vacations!

Neighborhood
Our Villa is located in Las Lagunas de Mijas which is the more modern, lively and commercial part of Mijas. Half of the population of Mijas live here. This is a city with all the amenities and about 80% of the core was built in the last 30 years. There are no official boundaries but it is said that Las Lagunas is bounded on the south by the Fuengirola River and on the east by the border with Fuengirola and the A-7 road and on the north and west by the AP-7.
In this city/area you will find waterparks, shopping centers, beaches, churches, museums, etc. It is located a mere 28km from Malaga airport. If you hire a car for your holiday, it will take about 20-25 minutes to drive to the resort. Airport transfers are also available. One of the biggest shopping center of Costa del Sol, Miramar is located only 2km away (5 minutes away by car or 15 minutes walking)The chic and upmarket hotspots of Marbella and Puerto Banus are less than 30 minutes away.
The area offers spectacular hilltop views. Although it is located just 500 meters away from the beaches, It is overlooking the sun-drenched Mediterranean in the heart of Costa del Sol. It is a great location for those who want to explore Andalucia and Costa del Sol which offers spectacular scenery. There are many popular bars and restaurants here. The beaches are very suitable for families because there are both lively beach bars and some that are much calmer. You can also rent sun loungers and parasols on the beach.
Other Things to Note:
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.
• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time
work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.
• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.
• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.
• Check in is possible between 4.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).
• Check-out is at latest 11AM.
• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
