Positive: Room was spacious with beautiful view. Staff friendly. Really good breakfast

Negative: I asked if someone could pick me up from the bus, as I was ill. Unfortunately, no one came, and the man in the lobby only helped with my luggage when he saw how hard I was trying. The way wasn't easy to find and it was exhausting
