You will have over 1200 square feet all to yourselves. The well-equipped modern eat-in kitchen is bright and sunny and enjoys the formal dining room, the back upstairs porch, or the garden table for dining. The third floor has 2 large bedrooms one Queen, one Double, and a bath with a shower and a large skylight view of the area. The second "main" floor has a bedroom/office space with a lovely day bed to accommodate a guest. There is a modern bath with a heated floor & glass walk-in shower on this floor and the living room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and foyer.. The living room has a large screen and connection to various media subscriptions with a superb sound system. The dining room has a spinet piano and an armoire that houses an audio system for phono, CD, and radio with audiophile speakers. The location is hard to beat, Somerville, nestled between downtown Boston and Cambridge, was listed as one of the 7 most attractive places to live WORLDWIDE in 2017!! (on the Hubway bike network - and great biking city) - we are within walking distance from popular Union Square in Somerville with a "United Nations" selection of restaurants, pubs, and live music entertainment, a few blocks further is Cambridge's Inman Square also with numerous restaurants and entertainment.. Three blocks away are one of the most popular and well-reviewed nouveau middle-eastern cuisine restaurants, also a short walk to a brew pub..... The bus line is at the bottom of our street, or walk 10 minutes to the Orange line to connect easily to all the main downtown Boston attractions, museums, harbor boats, and attractions. A 20-minute walk and you are in Harvard Square (or take transit - or better yet grab a Hubway bike!.)
