Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property is remote enough to feel like going to a cabin but close enough to Denison and Sherman to get groceries and a wide selection of restaurants, and Eisenhower State Park to get into nature. The individual sites are well thought out to provide a great experience for the family or small group units, while the amenities center and pool is a nice place for people to get together, stay cool and keep entertained.

Negative: Water dispensers and water fountain not operational. No linens for futon.

Summary: We would like to come back again!
