Summary: We recently stayed at Tiber Suite while visiting Rome. While at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience dining at its remarkable restaurant. The three-course meals were simply outstanding—each dish was thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented, with wonderful flavors from start to finish. The wine pairing was expertly chosen, enhancing the experience and complementing each course perfectly. The service was attentive and gracious, making the evening truly memorable. I give two enthusiastic thumbs up to the chef for a culinary experience that exceeded all expectations.
