Garage is available for parking or driveway and street are also parking options. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $85.00/night. The basement of the house is rented separately if the entire home is not booked. The basement is included in your stay. If you do not purchase insurance for your reservation we will charge a security deposit between $1000-$3000 depending on your number of guests and length of stay which will be refunded in full after checkout if no damage to house during your stay.
