You are only steps away from a shared pool, hot tub, tennis courts, a fire pit, and BBQ grill. Located within The Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, well known in Scottsdale for walking, biking, playing, and exercising.

Our condo has two bedrooms, 1 king-size bed, and one double bed, which includes a dedicated workspace with an office chair so you can be productive while remote. Bathrooms are refinished with clean-cut features, and we provide essential toiletries and plush cotton towels. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has a bar counter seating for two, all necessary kitchen amenities, and stainless steel appliances perfect for cooking or ordering takeout. The dining area seats four and opens up to the living room, which includes a three-person sofa and a couple of rattan chairs to relax in!
