This excellent 5th floor unit offers an amazing gulf view from its wrap-around beachfront balcony. A large and fully equipped kitchen with bar area, dining area, living room and two bedrooms make for a very comfortable vacation. This condo offers a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom. A second bedroom provides one full size and one twin bed, and the living room offers 2 queen size sofa sleepers. This unit comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The Summit has 3 large parking lots, tennis courts, basketball court, shuffleboard court, indoor gym, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs and dry saunas. Additionally, there is a gift shop/convenience store on-site, along with Bikini Bob's Restaurant & Bar and a poolside tiki bar.
