Summary: We stayed overnight to catch a Rabbie's Tour the next day. Having the washer/dryer in the penthouse suite was helpful but we had to get the head housekeeper to show us how to use it correctly. It's not intuitive. We also eventually figured out that the thermostat in the hall controls heat in every room, though you can moderate the radiator. It also makes the towel racks get hot in all the bathrooms. That information would have been helpful in the beginning. We used the hot water heater closet with the laundry racks for finishing drying clothes or those that couldn't go on the dryer, and shoes. The place was great to stay in and we stayed again after our Tour.
