Positive: Great Location. Facilities excellent. Good interior design. Easy comms with owners. Pleasant extra touches - biscuits, wine, tea towels etc. Couldn't fault it. Even when shower wasn't draining fully, someone was out to attend promptly and fixed issue with no repeated occurrence. Spotless. Comfortable.
