The River House is perfect for a weekend getaway or a week-long family vacation. Picture yourself relaxing on the spacious back porch overlooking the river with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The River House, with its airy and open living space, nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills, is the perfect place to come back to and relax after exploring Sequoia National Park. The hammock is a great place to relax under the oak trees and listen to the river. Enjoy over 167 feet of river frontage.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with quality cookware, a coffee maker, microwave, gas range, propane BBQ. There are quality linens, plush towels and bath amenities. There is WiFi and DirecTV. There is also a stackable washer/dryer our guests are welcome to use. Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is an IKEA chair/bed which is twin size in the living area and is perfect for a child to sleep on.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be made due to circumstances that are not in control of the owners such as, but not limited to, National Park closures, road closures to the National Park, weather conditions, power outages, Internet outages and DirecTV outages provided that these circumstances do not make the house uninhabitable.
If the housekeeper has to spend extra time beyond a normal cleaning due to the condition of the house, i.e., extra trash, exorbitant amount of dirty dishes, vomit, blood, there will be an extra charge for cleaning of $100 - $250, and pictures will be provided for proof.
