“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house with pool and yard for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist & Butchers!
The space
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a gourmet meal. Tea and coffee supplied.
The lounge area has comfortable leather lounge plus large screen 69inch TV, DVD player, surround sound and wifi.
The bedroom has a Queen size comfortable bed with modern ensuite and walk in robe.
The private outdoor area overlooks the pool and garden and is for your exclusive use including the pool, garden, BBQ, lounge, table & chairs.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable & quiet with easy access. Communication with Janet was easy. The pool looked very inviting, just a pity the weather wasn’t a little warmer. Overall a pleasant stay & we were sorry that time didn’t allow us to stay a little longer, perhaps another time.
