Welcome to The Pavilion, located just a 5 minute drive from the centre of Torquay. You will enjoy the quiet tree lined setting and beautifully landscaped acreage around our recently renovated King Studio, ideal for a couples retreat. The Pavilion is within easy reach of all the Surfcoast has to offer, or explore further afield down the Great Ocean Road or into the Otways. Our one bedroom, one bathroom King Studio comes with a fully equipped kitchen, including a gas barbeque on the veranda. Our guests will have use of our well-maintained lawn tennis court, which can be used for lawn bowls too. In the cooler months you will also be able to relax by the fireplace.
The bedroom has a spacious king bed and attached ensuite. You will also find the washer and dryer here. In the kitchen you will be able to cook as if you were in your own home, with a new full-size fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee pod machine. Relax in the lounge and enjoy the split system air conditioning during the warmer days, or the ambience of the fireplace during the cooler months.
Out on the veranda you will enjoy the semi-rural setting whilst using the gas barbeque provided. You will also have exclusive use of the undercover carport, where you will find the clothesline which you will be able to use for hanging wetsuits out too. Beach towels will also be provided so you can leave the bathroom towels where they belong.
The King Studio has been very well equipped, you can use it as a base to explore the Surfcoast, or explore further afield down the Great Ocean Road or into the Otways.
Note: all linen is supplied and included in the advertised price. This property is also pet friendly (small breeds only and subject to owner/agent approval).
The tennis court on-site is only available for use between the months of November and April. Firewood is also available for purchase for $10/bag.

Booking for Xmas/New Year Period? From the 22nd December 2023 to the 19th January 2024, we will be running 7 night minimum bookings with arrival and departure dates being Friday to Friday. The weeks will be as follows:

o Week 2 – Friday 29th December to Friday 5th January
o Week 3 – Friday 5th January to Friday 12th January
o Week 4 – Friday 12th January to Friday 19th January
