Positive: The location was perfect. The neighborhood very quiet.The golf course, beautiful.
Negative: One guest bedroom with two twin beds was a disappointment. There are two twin mattresses that sit on top of a frame that is about eight inches narrower than the mattresses. When one sits on or turns to the edge of the bed, the mattress tilts-requiring the “sleeper” to stay in one place. Our guest resorted to sleeping on the floor. The Keypad is confusing and complicated, even for a young person. No ice maker. Very old dishwasher with unpleasant odor. Patio door extremely heavy and difficult to open.
Summary: It is a very nice house. The pool is a bonus.
