The house is conveniently only a 10-15 min Uber to historic downtown Charleston and the airport.
The Space
Ideal for "girls weekends", families, and groups. The downstairs is a light-filled open floor plan and includes a full kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a "bonus" room and half bathroom - all with gorgeous hardwood floors.
We take cleaning standards very seriously and have an amazing cleaner that takes pride in maintaining the high cleanliness rating of this listing. Our cleaner uses hospital-grade disinfectant and is extremely thorough to keep all guests safe and comfortable.
THIS PROPERTY FEATURES
A living room with lots of room to relax, a comfortable wrap-around sectional sofa, and an Apple TV.
An eat-in kitchen featuring stainless appliances, an island with breakfast bar, and white cabinets that are great in the morning light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to have a fun night in.
A dining area with a custom-built farmhouse table and windows on both sides looking out to the fenced-in backyard.
Outside there is a spacious yard with a small patio, L-shaped couch, and fire pit.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a full laundry room.
Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom contains two sets of adult bunk beds that sleep 4.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and large standing shower.
Remote working? No problem. We have dedicated workspaces with ultra-fast WiFi.

Location
In addition to being within easy 10-15 Uber ride from everything historic downtown Charleston has to offer, there are also a lot of "off the beaten path" artsy things to do in Park Circle. Not to mention, Park Circle boasts a variety of trendy foodie spots including the #6 and #22 restaurants on Yelp's top 100 US restaurants 2022 list (Lola + Jackrabbit Filly).
The Park Circle neighborhood itself includes a BRAND NEWcentrally located park including the world's largest inclusive playground,with a unique layout that features sports fields and a popular free frisbee disc golf course. Originally composed of rice plantations which eventually became subdivided, the planned community of Park Circle was just one of just two "garden city" models in the country. In 1912, a group of Charleston businessmen formed a development company, and began to plan a new community that would include community parks and green space as a central theme.
Walk across the street to start your day at the upscale Mixson Market and Cafe or walk down the street to Park Circle Co-Opfor coffee and a healthy breakfast. End your day with a visit to Firefly Distillery, live music in Park Circle or an amazing meal from one of the highly acclaimed neighborhood restaurants such as Lola or Jackrabbit Filly.
Park Circle has sports fields, a playground, frisbee golf, basketball and tennis courts. Close by is Montague Ave which is home to local craft breweries, coffee shops, wine bars, outdoor sports pubs, art murals and shopping.
There is also a farmer's market every Thursday and events happening all the time at the breweries, Riverfront Park, and the North Charleston Coliseum.
You're also a 7 minute Uber to the Tanger Outlets, Frankie's Fun Park, and Sky Zone Trampoline Park.
The brewery, BBQ, and tech startup district of Charleston (also known as NoMo district) is only 10 minutes away and Marion square (heart of downtown) is about 15 minutes away.
There is driveway space for 2 cars in addition tofree street parking at the house so you could also rent a car from the airport if desired.

This house is fully compliant with local laws. If you do look at other houses in Charleston make sure they are compliant or you risk having your reservation cancelled on you! As of July 2018, Charleston full home rentals have recently been outlawed in most parts of downtown Charleston, West Ashley and James Island. Regulators are now beginning to shut down these properties, causing many people's reservations to be cancelled. That won't happen to you with this property.
It's worth noting that the neighborhood is an actively transitioning area, however is surrounded by brand-new, upscale homes and businesses. We do havesecurity cameras and your own personal keypad code for your peace of mind.
There is a washer, dryer, iron & board, and a hair dryer to get ready for a fun night out. There is a Pack 'n Play available if you have a baby. We also have two air mattresses if needed.
The house has beach towels, 3 beach chairs, a inflatable lounge chair, an umbrella, a large cooler, basketball, football and frisbee golf discs for you to use.
If you are interested in having a stocked fridge/pantry, birthday/bachelorette decorations, orhiring a private chef, private yoga instructor, private surf lessons, boat, or photographer, please let us know and we can provide these additional services for a fee.

We are more than happy to be flexible with check-in and out times whenever it's possible. If you need some flexibility, please ask!
The front door of the house is equipped with a keypad lock. Two days before your stay you will be sent an access code for the keypad. If you booked your reservation through Airbnb or VRBO the code can also be found in the app.
Parking:Please feel free to park in the driveway or in a legal parking spot on the street. There are no restrictions on off-street parking. Please do not park in the yard or block the sidewalk.
CHECK-OUT 11AM:We kindly ask that you please take the following steps before checking out:
Please leave used towels in the bathrooms
If you brought a service animal, make sure to clean up after them, including in the yard
Double check to make sure you don't leave any of your belongings
Turn off lights, lower the shades, and lock the windows and doors
It would be awesome if you could start the dishwasher and take the trash out when you go, but no worries if you are in a rush (bins are located just inside the fence gate).
