The Meadow Drive home is a perfect family getaway in any season, an easy drive to the beach or to skiing. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, but is near some favorite Tahoe dining options: The Red Hut Cafe, Motts Canyon Tavern and Grill, Clyde's Coffee Roasting Co. Bruchetta (new restaurant and oh so good!) The Chart House to name a few. Nevada Beach is approximately 6-10 minutes away.

The Meadow Drive home features an open living room with soaring pine ceilings, a comfortable couch, and a flat screen TV. The soaring windows add natural light. Adjacent to the living room is a game room with a pool table. Off the game room is a large deck that runs the width of the home, the yard opens to trees and boulders to explore. The kitchen is well set up for chef preparing the family feast. Off the kitchen is a dining area that seats 10. The three gathering areas on the entry level make this a great family retreat. There is one bedroom and full bath on the entry level perfect for guests who don't like stairs. The living room and family room have gas fireplaces. New flooring in the family room and upstairs, new beds throughout in 2024.
The sitting room off the dining room has a flat screen TV, and gas fireplace.
The first floors also includes bedroom #1 with queen bed,

The second floor has 4 bedrooms (new beds winter of 2024)

The fine to the guest of record for an occupancy and/or vehicle violation is between $5,000 - $10,000, and will also result in immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours are 9:00pm-8:00am and will be strictly enforced. No parties, weddings or gatherings allowed.
Parking 3 vehicles you will be issued a parking placard which must be displayed on each vehicle on the driver's side dashboard. Renters will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and failure to park in designated parking area or failure to display placard may result in a citation and fine of $500.00
