This is a beautiful property, that we take pride in, the property is in a quiet residential area, with sensitive neighbors, so please understand and respect them. POOL GUY visits every Tuesday in the pre noon hours. GARDENER visits every other Monday in the month in the pre noon hours. When there is wind, bad weather, or rain - PLEASE move all outside furniture pillows to the storage box under the ceiling, or on top of it, so that they are in dry place and not left to be soaked wet outside. Kindly also close and put the umbrellas on the ground not to break from the wind. Cover the BBQ with a black cover found in the storage box.
