Positive: What I liked: The hotel’s location is its main redeeming quality. It’s conveniently close to SM Megamall and Podium, making it easy to explore the area.

Negative: We stayed at this hotel during New Year’s Eve, and while it has some positives, it left much to be desired. What I didn’t like: The hotel looks extremely outdated and is in desperate need of renovation. Everything from the carpet to the bed and furniture feels old and worn out, which is disappointing considering the high price. The hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a very limited selection, which didn’t feel worth the cost.

Summary: Overall, the location is great, but the hotel’s condition and amenities don’t justify the price. It needs significant up
